DOES THE AIR BONSAI ROTATE?
The Air Bonsai naturally rotates. The motion is calming and slow. It is not possible for it not to rotate, so please enjoy this relaxing motion.

I DO NOT USE THE EURO'S CURRENCY, DO YOU ACCEPT (MY COUNTRY'S CURRENCY)?
The default prices of our products are in EURO, but can be purchased from any country with any currency. *Although you may see the price of our product in your currency, during checkout, the price will go back to EURO numbers, so do not be alarmed by that!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

We ship from our partnered sweat-free factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
100% satisfaction is guaranteed for all products purchased at full price
. That’s our promise. So, if you're not completely happy with your purchase within the first 30 days after receiving your items, just let us know and we will exchange or return your item based on what you would like. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries usually takes about 5–20 business days depending on your location.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do recommend buying the items at least three weeks before the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
